04 - RECIPE OF THE SOUP OF THE VIRGIN
The traditionally known Sopa de la Virgen del Buen Suceso, is a typical dish from the El Carrizal area that was prepared on the morning of August 15, on the festivity of the Virgen del Buen Suceso to warm up the morning people who had been all the night of "bailoteo" and those who returned from the early morning mass.
This soup is said to have been made since the 19th century and was passed down from generation to generation.
Here we present the recipe that Doña Antonia María Morales Morales inherited from her grandmother along with her clay pots.
